Welcome to e2bat. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between e2bat ("we", "us", "the platform") and you ("the player", "the user") when you access or use the e2bat website, mobile application, or any related services.

Failure to complete verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension or closure.

e2bat accepts deposits via bKash and Nagad — the two most widely used mobile financial services in Bangladesh. Deposits are credited to your e2bat account balance in real time once the transaction is confirmed by the payment provider.

• Minimum deposit amount: as displayed on the deposit page at the time of transaction.
• Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not accepted.
• e2bat does not charge fees on deposits, but your mobile financial service provider may apply their own charges.
• Deposits made in error cannot always be reversed. Contact support immediately if you make an incorrect deposit.

Withdrawal requests on e2bat are processed to the same bKash or Nagad account used for the most recent deposit. This policy exists to prevent money laundering and to protect player funds.

• Withdrawals are typically processed within 5–15 minutes during normal operating hours.
• e2bat may request identity verification before processing a withdrawal, particularly for first-time withdrawals or large amounts.
• Withdrawals will only be approved once any applicable wagering requirements on bonus funds have been met.

• Bonus funds are credited to a separate bonus balance and cannot be withdrawn directly.
• Winnings generated from bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn.

• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to place bets or interact with the platform.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities for financial gain.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using the e2bat platform to launder money or conduct any other illegal financial activity.
• Attempting to access another player's account without authorisation.
• Placing bets on behalf of another person using your own account.
• Any form of match-fixing, spot-fixing, or insider betting.
